Direx N.V. is a Curacao-registered company that appears in the licensing details of a small number of casinos on the SoftSwiss platform, most recognisably 7Bit Casino.
What Direx N.V. Does
Direx holds the licence for the brands it is named on. Several of these casinos list more than one company in their terms, because the licence holder, the operator and the payment agent can be different entities. Direx is the licensing side of that arrangement rather than the payment side, which for much of this group runs through Friolion Limited.

Licensing
The brands carry a Curacao licence, with one on a Tobique licence. Both are lighter regimes than Malta, with complaints handled through the licensing body and no national self-exclusion scheme to fall back on.
What This Means for Players
Direx appearing in a casino’s terms alongside other company names is normal rather than a warning sign: it reflects how these groups separate licensing, operations and payments. The licence in the footer is the one that governs your account. Compare the live offers on the best SoftSwiss casinos, or see the full A to Z list.
